I'm a stay-at-home mom of a 2 year old boy and baby on the way in the Lower Bucks County area with a passion for creativity!

I went to art school for a short time about 10 years ago and have always had a love for creating everything and anything I could. After I had my son, I lost myself in motherhood and was searching for a way to be myself again. That's how A Shot of DIY was born in August 2023.

During naptime or after dinner time, I had down time where I could work on projects and stay busy, so I started off small with things I knew to do. Ever since then, I have expanded SO much. From painting and small crafts grew to large sewing orders, doing complete wedding flower arrangements, doing my own photography sessions and being trusted with loved ones clothing and possessions to make into something special. 

It is truly fulfilling to be able to be home with my kids and run this small business. I'm even more thankful how this transformed from a small crafting business into something where I can create things so special and personal for people that they can cherish forever. It truly means so much to me.
